If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy. Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team or messaging us on social media.

Ship the item(s) back within 15 days of delivery.

Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
Note: Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds: Once your return apply is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility: If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
1. Contact us at service@StreetsFreaks.com or socials to request an exchange.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the order invoice or packing slip.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@StreetsFreaks.com or socials with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
